Research-based, not trend-based
Grounded in environmental psychology, not what looks good on Instagram this season.
About
Moved to Goa. Needed to slow down. And realised the spaces I'd been living and working in were part of what was making me worse.
Who I am
I trained as an architect. Then I went to the University of Surrey to study environmental psychology - the science of how buildings affect the way people feel and behave. I taught architecture for a few years after that, then spent six years in startups building products. I know what pushing through costs.
Most of us are trying to feel okay in spaces that were never built for how we actually work or rest. Sometimes the space itself is the problem, and that's fixable.
I live in Goa now. I surf most mornings. I work with clients over Zoom, in India and internationally.
How I work
Grounded in environmental psychology, not what looks good on Instagram this season.
No renovation. Most changes are small, cheap, and something you can do this week.
Shaped by real homes, real nervous systems, and my own experience. Not a checklist.
