Terms and conditions.

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms apply between you and Sanika Inamdar, trading as Mind Your Mind Space, of Rajbag-Tarir, Canacona, Goa, India. Booking or paying for a service means you accept them.

2. What I provide

Mind Your Mind Space provides consultancy in environmental psychology and spatial design: video consultations, written assessments and recommendations, workshops, and advisory work for organisations. The specific deliverables for your service are listed on its page on this website and confirmed by email before work starts.

3. What I do not provide

This is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical advice, or a diagnosis of any condition. I am an architect and environmental psychologist, not a clinician. Nothing I say should be used in place of advice from a qualified health professional, and no part of this work is intended to treat any medical or psychological condition.

I am also not a structural engineer, contractor, or licensed practitioner in your jurisdiction. Recommendations that involve building work, electrical work or anything affecting the structure of a property must be checked and carried out by suitably qualified professionals where you live.

4. Booking and payment

Sessions are confirmed once payment is received. Payment is handled by Razorpay; I never see or store your card details. Prices shown in currencies other than Indian rupees are provided for guidance. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the transaction is charged in Indian rupees and your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

Business engagements are quoted individually and invoiced according to the terms agreed in writing for that project.

5. Your responsibilities

To get anything useful out of a session you need to be able to show me the space, either live on video or through photographs sent in advance. You are responsible for having the right to share images of the property concerned, and for ensuring that anyone else living or working there is comfortable with that.

Recommendations are based on what you show and tell me. If something significant is not mentioned, the advice may not fit.

6. Rescheduling and cancellation

Set out separately in the refunds and cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Written reports, frameworks, workbooks and other materials I produce remain my intellectual property. You get an unlimited licence to use them for yourself or, in the case of business engagements, inside your organisation. You may not resell them, publish them, or present them as your own work.

Content on this website, including the writing and the illustrations, belongs to Mind Your Mind Space.

8. Confidentiality

What you show me and tell me stays between us. I will not identify you, your home or your organisation publicly without your written permission. Where I use anonymised examples in writing or teaching, identifying details are changed.

9. Limits on liability

I give advice in good faith, grounded in research and experience, but I cannot guarantee a particular outcome. How a space affects you depends on many things outside my control.

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the cost of building work, purchases or third-party services you choose to undertake following a recommendation.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Cancellation by me

If I have to cancel a session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If I judge that what you actually need is outside my competence, I will say so, refund you, and point you towards someone better placed to help.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Goa have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under consumer law in your own country.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date you booked.
