This work involves showing me inside your home, which is more personal than most consulting. Here is exactly what happens to that information.

Who is responsible
Sanika Inamdar, trading as Mind Your Mind Space, Rajbag-Tarir, Canacona, Goa, India, is the data controller. For any question about your data, email hello@mindyourmind.space.
What I collect
- Contact details - your name, email address and sometimes phone number, when you book a call, buy a session or email me.
- Payment details - handled entirely by Razorpay. I receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount. I never see or store your card details.
- Images and video of your space - photographs you send, and what is visible on a video call. This is the sensitive part, and it is covered below.
- What you tell me in a session - including an automatic written transcript of the call, covering how you live, how you work, and how the space affects you. This may include information about your health or neurodivergence if you choose to share it. You are never obliged to.
- Audit responses - answers you give in the free 5-minute audit.
- Nothing from analytics - this website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Transcripts of calls
Video calls are transcribed automatically. Google Meet announces this to everyone on the call when it starts, so you will always know it is happening. It is text only - calls are not video recorded.
Transcripts exist so that I can pay attention to you during a session rather than writing notes, and so the written work you receive afterwards is accurate. The file goes to my Google Drive and nobody else sees it.
If you would rather not be transcribed, say so at the start of the call and I will turn it off. It makes no difference to the session and you do not need to explain why.
Transcripts are deleted within 90 days of the work finishing, at the same time as any photographs of your space.
Why I hold it, and on what basis
To deliver the service you booked (performance of a contract); to send you the written outputs you paid for; to keep accounting records required by Indian tax law (legal obligation); and, if you subscribe, to send you the newsletter (consent, withdrawable at any time).
Where you share information about your health or neurodivergence, I rely on your explicit consent, given by choosing to tell me. You can withdraw it and ask me to delete those notes.
Who else sees it
Only these, and only for the part they handle:
- Razorpay - payment processing
- Calendly - booking and scheduling
- Zoom or Google Meet - the video call itself
- Netlify - website and audit hosting
- Substack - the newsletter, if you subscribe
- Google Fonts - typefaces, loaded when you open a page
- My accountant - invoices and transaction records, not session content
I do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or hand it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Photographs, video stills of your space and call transcripts: deleted within 90 days of the work finishing, unless you ask me to keep them for a follow-up session. Session notes and reports: 3 years, so I can help if you come back. Invoices and payment records: 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
Where it is held
Some of the services above store data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, I rely on their standard contractual protections.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can withdraw consent for anything based on consent. If you are in the UK or EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR give you these rights and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you equivalent rights.
Email me and I will act within 30 days. There is no charge and no form.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Your currency preference is stored locally in your own browser and never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Children
These services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If a child appears in photographs of a family home, those images are handled under the same 90-day deletion rule and are never used as examples.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, I will say so in the newsletter rather than quietly updating the page.
